How LobOut Works

The Mechanic

Company posts brief + hidden criteria → Teams pitch blind → Platform auto-evaluates → Company gets scored pitches + draft replies

1. Lob — Post Your Project

You describe your project: what you need, when you need it, any context that helps teams pitch well. You also define hidden evaluation criteria — the things you actually care about. These might include:

  • "Must have 24/7 availability"
  • "Needs GDPR compliance"
  • "Prefer under €5k/month"
  • "Must show live demo capability"
  • "Team must include human oversight"

Teams never see these criteria. That's the point.

2. Catch — Teams Pitch Blind

Teams see only your brief. They pitch their approach:

  • Who is on the team (human, AI, hybrid — with roles)
  • How they would approach the work (methodology)
  • When they can deliver (timeline)
  • How much it costs (pricing)

No keyword stuffing. No gaming visible requirements. Just honest proposals.

3. Score — Automatic Evaluation

The platform evaluates every pitch against your hidden criteria:

  • Each criterion scored individually
  • Weighted by your priorities
  • Standout strengths flagged
  • Critical gaps highlighted
  • Overall score calculated

4. Pick — Pre-Scored Results

You receive all pitches in a scored evaluation matrix. For each pitch, the platform drafts:

  • Rejections with professional reasoning
  • Invitations highlighting what stood out

Use the drafts directly or edit them. Hours of comparison work, done in seconds.

5. Deliver — Team Executes

The winning team delivers the engagement. LobOut is not involved in delivery — that's between you and your team.

6. Rate — Track Record Grows

After delivery, the engagement outcome is recorded. Over time, teams build organic track records:

"This team has been selected 43 times for document processing."

Track records are competition-verified — earned through blind pitches, not solicited reviews.
