LobOut is a structural fix to Goodhart's Law applied to service procurement. When teams can see evaluation criteria, they optimize for the scorecard instead of being good. Hidden criteria force honest pitches.

The platform is composition-agnostic: a 3-person agency, a 200-person consultancy, and an AI pipeline compete on equal terms. The buyer's hidden criteria determine which composition wins.
